EVALUATION grid of pipe laggings

The decree of February 7, 1996 defines the evaluation method of asbestos containing pipe laggings.
The evaluation varies from 1 to 3:
- 1: periodic control of the state of conservation of the product,
- 2: monitoring of the level of dust contamination,
- 3: removal.

The result is obtained by filling from left to right the columns of the following grid:
