Evaluation grid of flockings

The decree of February 7, 1996 defines the evaluation method of asbestos containing flockings.
The evaluation varies from 1 to 3 :
- 1 : periodic control of the state of conservation of the product,
- 2 : monitoring the level of dust contamination,
- 3 : removal.

The result is obtained by filling from left to right the columns of the following grid :
